For developers & AI agents

API & agent access

Everything on this site is available in agent-friendly formats: markdown content negotiation, a machine-readable API catalog, a read-only MCP endpoint, and discovery files under /.well-known/. No registration or API key is required.

Read any page as markdown

Every page on this site supports content negotiation per Markdown for Agents: send Accept: text/markdown to any page URL and you'll get a clean markdown version of the same content, served with Content-Type: text/markdown and an x-markdown-tokens estimate header. HTML remains the default for browsers.

Example: curl -H 'Accept: text/markdown' https://palmbeachhottub.com/pricing/

API catalog & OpenAPI spec

Our API catalog (RFC 9727) lives at /.well-known/api-catalog as application/linkset+json. The OpenAPI 3.1 description of our public endpoints is at /api/openapi.json, and a liveness check is at /api/health.

The one write endpoint, POST /api/lead, powers the callback-request form. It is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, so it can only be submitted from our pages with a real user present — agents should instead point the user at the contact page or have them call (561) 794-1557.

MCP endpoint (read-only)

We run a minimal Model Context Protocol server over streamable HTTP at https://palmbeachhottub.com/mcp (JSON responses, stateless, no auth). It exposes read-only tools: current flat-rate pricing, the Palm Beach County service area, contact details, and a symptom/error-code triage helper for common hot tub faults (FLO, OH, HL, Sn, dr, breaker trips, pump and heater failures).

The server card is published at /.well-known/mcp/server-card.json. There are no write tools — booking a repair always goes through a phone call or the Turnstile-protected form.

Discovery files & skills

Agent skills index: /.well-known/agent-skills/index.json — includes a SKILL.md that teaches an agent how to triage a hot tub problem, quote our starting prices, and help a Palm Beach County homeowner book a repair.

Authentication notes: /auth.md. In short: there is nothing to register for — all read access is public, and we intentionally do not run an OAuth authorization server.

Our robots.txt declares Content Signals (search=yes, ai-input=yes, ai-train=no): we welcome search indexing and AI assistants using this content to answer user questions and recommend our service.
