Hot Tub Repair FAQ

Quick, honest answers to the questions we hear most — about our $69 diagnostic, flat-rate pricing, what we service, and what to do right now if your tub is acting up.

Below are the questions Palm Beach County homeowners ask us most often. If yours isn't here, call or text (561) 555-0143 — you'll reach a real hot tub technician, not a call center. For specific symptoms and error codes, our heater and pump pages go deeper.

Answers before you call

Yes — the diagnostic is a flat $69, credited 100% to your repair if you approve the work. It only covers our time if you decide not to proceed. See our flat-rate pricing.

Bring us a legitimate written quote for the same repair and we'll beat it. Published flat-rate pricing is our whole model — we'd rather win on price than hide it.

Same-day across most of Palm Beach County. Because we only serve this one county, we give you a real arrival window instead of a vague all-day wait.

All of Palm Beach County only — Boca Raton, Delray, Boynton, West Palm Beach, Jupiter, Wellington and the coastal towns. Staying local is how we stay same-day. See our service area.

Yes — fully licensed and insured in Florida, and every repair is quoted flat-rate before we start. [NEEDS REAL DATA: FL license number].

Balboa, Gecko, Waterway, Sundance, Jacuzzi, Hot Spring and most others — including orphaned big-box tubs like Lifesmart, AquaRest, Essential and Bullfrog that no longer have a local dealer. See all brands we service.

Those are the only two things we fix — and they're opposites. The pump moves the water; the heater warms it. Focusing on just these two systems is why we're fast and rarely stumped.

Incoloy is the standard element and costs less. If you run a salt-water (chlorine-generator) system, a Titanium element resists corrosion far better and lasts much longer in Florida water — a bit more upfront, well worth it on salt tubs.

We fix pump-side leaks and flow problems — shaft seals, wet-end o-rings and unions, air locks, and weak or dead jets caused by a failing pump. Plumbing leaks deep inside the shell or jet-body replacements may be outside our heater-and-pump scope; we'll tell you honestly at the diagnostic.

We take standard payment at the time of service, and for larger heater-assembly or high-horsepower pump jobs we offer financing so you can pay over time. [NEEDS REAL DATA: accepted payment methods — e.g. cards, cash, checks].

Yes. Our work is backed by a workmanship guarantee, and the new parts we install carry their manufacturer's warranty. [NEEDS REAL DATA: workmanship warranty term].

Leave the breaker off and call us. A repeated trip usually means a grounded heater element or a shorted pump motor — both are a shock and fire risk, and both are repairs we do. Don't keep resetting it; flipping it back on can make the damage worse. Call or text (561) 555-0143 and see tripping breaker.
