A lot of “dead board” calls are really something the board is only reporting. A FLO / flow error, an OH overheat shutdown, or an SN sensor code can look like a control failure when the board is actually doing its job. Either can cause a dead or glitchy spa, and they're priced differently, so we test both. A topside that's blank but has a healthy board is an inexpensive swap; a board with a burnt relay or blown transformer is the other common fault. The $100 diagnostic settles which.
When the fault is a relay, fuse, transformer or connector, we repair the board. When the board itself is corroded, water-damaged or has failed traces, replacing the board or full pack is the reliable fix — we'll tell you honestly which one you're looking at.
