Inflatable hot tub repair in Palm Beach County

Honest answer first: Intex, Bestway and Coleman SaluSpa units use sealed, model-specific pump-and-heater pods that generally can't be repaired part-by-part. Here's what we can and can't do.

We'd rather tell you straight than sell you a visit.

If you have an Intex, Bestway or Coleman SaluSpa inflatable, the heater and pump live in one sealed, model-specific control pod — not the open, component-by-component layout of a hard-side spa. When that pod fails, the manufacturer's design intends a whole-unit replacement, not a field repair. We could charge you a diagnostic to come confirm that, but it wouldn't be fair — so here's the honest picture up front.

Why inflatables are different

Sealed pods, not serviceable components

A hard-side spa exposes its heater, pumps, switches and sensors as separate, replaceable parts — which is exactly why we can fix a grounded element or a humming pump on one. Inflatable tubs are built the opposite way: the bubble blower, the small circulation pump and a low-wattage heater are integrated into one molded plastic control unit that clips to the liner. It's engineered as a consumer appliance to be swapped, not opened and rebuilt.

That means the usual repairs simply don't map across. There's no standalone Incoloy element to replace, no Waterway wet-end to reseal, no Balboa flow switch to swap — the “part” is the entire sealed pod, and a replacement pod from Intex or Bestway often costs nearly what a new tub does. If the heater stops or the pump won't prime on one of these, the realistic path is a manufacturer warranty claim or a replacement unit, not a service call.

So here's our promise: for a hard-side spa heater or pump, we're your team — that's the whole business. For an inflatable, we'll tell you honestly that a unit swap is almost certainly the only option, and point you back to the manufacturer rather than booking a visit that can't end in a real fix. If you're ever unsure which kind you have, call and describe it — we'll save you the trouble in two minutes on the phone.

Common questions

Answers before you call

Almost never, and we'll be upfront about it. The pump and heater are sealed inside one model-specific control pod designed to be replaced, not repaired component-by-component. We don't book a paid visit that can't end in a real fix.

Check the unit's reset/GFCI plug and the filter first. If it still won't heat, it's typically the sealed pod, which means a manufacturer warranty claim or a replacement unit rather than a field repair.

Completely. A hard-side spa has separate, replaceable heaters, pumps, switches and sensors — so we fix those flat-rate and same-day. The difference is the sealed, swap-only design of inflatables.

If the walls are soft and air-filled and a single plastic box runs the bubbles, pump and heat, it's inflatable. A rigid cabinet with an equipment bay of separate components is a hard-side spa — and that we repair.

Hard-side spa? We're on it. Inflatable? We'll save you a wasted visit.
