Gecko's pump line — in spas everywhere
Aqua-Flo is the pump brand of Gecko Alliance, and it shows up in an enormous range of spas — especially tubs that already run Gecko control packs. The workhorses are the Flo-Master jet pumps (FMHP high-pressure and FMCP center-discharge), the popular XP2, XP2e and XP3 series, and the low-flow Circ-Master and Tub-Master circulation pumps that feed the heater.
Like most spa pumps, an Aqua-Flo is a standard motor mated to a molded wet end, and the two fail separately. A weeping shaft seal or worn impeller is a wet-end repair; a dead capacitor, screeching bearings or burned windings is a motor problem. The diagnostic tells us which, so you're not paying for a whole pump when a seal would do.
Aqua-Flo's frame and union sizing is well standardized, so we stock the common Flo-Master and XP2 configurations and complete most Aqua-Flo jobs the same day across Palm Beach County.
The faults we see most
Leaking shaft seal
Water drips from the wet end onto the motor — the classic Flo-Master seal failure.
Hums but won't spin
A failed run capacitor or a seized bearing keeps an XP2 motor from starting.
Grinding bearings
A screeching or grinding motor means the bearings are shot and failure is near.
Weak circulation
A tiring Circ-Master can't push flow, triggering FLO or OH codes at the heater.
Wet end, motor, or the complete pump
If the motor is healthy and the pump just leaks, we rebuild the wet end — fresh seal, o-rings and impeller. If the motor failed, we replace the capacitor or the motor. If the whole pump is worn or the housing has cracked, a complete Aqua-Flo pump sized to your tub is the durable fix.
We match horsepower, voltage, frame and union layout to the original so the replacement drops in cleanly and your jets or circulation come back to spec.
Seal repair or pump replacement
We rebuild the wet end when the motor's sound, or replace the pump when it isn't. Confirmed at your $69 diagnostic, credited to the repair.
What's your pump doing?
Answers before you call
If the motor still runs strong, we rebuild the wet end with a fresh seal, o-rings and impeller from $239. If the motor is dead or the housing is cracked, a complete pump replacement is the lasting fix, priced by horsepower.
Aqua-Flo and Gecko branding is printed on the wet-end label and the motor tag. Send us a photo of the pump and its sticker and we'll confirm the model, horsepower and union size before the visit.
Usually not. A humming pump that won't spin is most often a failed run capacitor or a seized bearing. We test the motor first rather than defaulting to a full replacement.
Typically yes. Aqua-Flo's sizing is standardized, so we stock the common Flo-Master and XP2 configurations and finish most jobs the same day in Palm Beach County.
